Our newest renovated and possible our most quirky Victorian property within a few steps of the city centre, railway and bus station - ideal for exploring without the need of your own transport. 

 

Boasting 3 bedrooms for up to 5 guests - 2 king bedrooms & 1 single. A welcoming living space with a modern log burning stove, Smart TV with app available to log in to such as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc & free wifi. Our kitchen with dining space is fully equipped so you can cook a beautiful meal plus use of our Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. You have full use of our utility room with access to a washing machine. Outside we have a garden with grass area. Our garden has two gates which makes it enclosed however our neighbours do have right of passage through these gates for access if required. Parking is also free for our guests on Innes Street using our parking permit.

*Please note that this property does back on to a railway line which is in use. It is a local line and not direct trains from stations such as Edinburgh/Glasgow. Our property is double glazed.

Absolutely perfect accomodations in Inverness! Comfortable bedrooms, clean throughout, great living space, easy parking and walkable location to downtown. The Innes Bar right across the street was also a major plus for us - owner's were very friendly when visiting for a drink, and made for a convenient location to grab a nice dinner after a day of sightseeing. Only wish we could have stayed even longer!
